Full course description
The training is designed to establish and convey policy, and to provide guidance to the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Food and Nutrition Service recipients and customers concerning Civil Rights. In so doing, we hope to ensure compliance with and enforcement of the prohibition against discrimination in all nutrition programs and activities. This is a required training fro all who are involved with child nutrition and receiving those federal funds.
