The Computer Science Micro-Credential is a self-paced, portfolio-based professional learning program aligned to the Oklahoma Academic Standards for Computer Science. Educators may complete the full five-course stack to earn the micro-credential or enroll in individual courses to develop targeted skills. Learning is job-embedded and designed for immediate classroom application. Certified educators who successfully complete all required components of the micro-credential will earn a Computer Science endorsement on their teaching certificate and receive a digital badge recognizing their achievement. Alternatively, educators may choose to complete individual courses based on their professional learning needs. While this option does not lead to a Computer Science endorsement, it provides targeted opportunities to build knowledge and skills in specific areas.
