Full course description

This course fulfills the requirements listed in 70 O.S. §1210.196.5: Guidelines for Training of Volunteer Diabetes CareAssistants. A certificate will be available after you complete thistraining, and you will need to keep it on file for the regionalaccreditation officer visit and for verification for re-certification.This training needs to be renewed every year for LPNs and non-licensed staff. RNs will renew every 3 years. Additional training may be submitted for approval bythe Oklahoma State Department of Health. The trainings mustbe reviewed and meet all requirements set forth in the state law.
