Full course description

This course focuses on using the Early Learning Inventory as an observational tool to measure student knowledge and skill levels. It is intended to help teachers gather information about students to support data-driven instructional decision-making in the early childhood classroom. The ELI measure includes a set of 26 essential indicators of student learning within six development domains. Each indicator includes a rubric that kindergarten and first-grade teachers can use to systematically document where student skill levels fall within a specified learning progression.
