Food Service Management Company Training January 2026

The training is designed to present an overview of the federal standards and State Agency guidelines for the School Food Authority when contracting with a Food Service Management Company.   It will help the School Food Authority make an informed decision if the Food Service Management Company provides the best food service for their operational needs.
