Full course description
The Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) helps by providing federal funding for nutritious meals and snacks served to children and adults receiving day care. In addition to day care, CACFP also provides funding for meals or snacks served to children participating in eligible afterschool programs. This training is designed to help new and existing participants learn what meal guidelines are. This is only one part of the required annual training.
