Full course description
This short course provides opportunities to compare characteristics of a growth mindset versus a fixed mindset. Participants explore strategies to promote development of a growth mindset, including framing of communication, teaching about learning and the brain, and other specific examples of activities. Results of a brief mindset assessment encourage self-reflection related to effective teaching and learning. Upon module completion, a certificate for one hour of professional learning will be awarded.
