Full course description
A production record is a working tool that outlines the type and quantity of foods that need to be purchased and available for the meal service. Production Records are completed daily records that demonstrate the meal pattern requirements are being met for the number of students served and support the claim of reimbursable meals. All schools participating in the School Breakfast Program (SBP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP), Afterschool Snack Program (ASSP), and the At-Risk Afterschool Meals Program must complete daily menu production records for all meals. This training will go over the requirements and the process of how to complete this record to meet USDA requirements.
