Full course description
A production record is a working tool that outlines the type and quantity of foods that need to be purchased and available for the meal service. Production Records are completed daily records that demonstrate the meal pattern requirements are being met for the number of students served and support the claim of rembursable meals. All schools participating in the School Breakfast Program (SBP), National School Lunch Program (NSLP), and teh At-Risk Afterschool Meals Program must complete daily menu production records for all meals. This training will go over the requirements and teh process of completing this record to meet USDA requirements.
